Certain Advantage are recruiting on behalf of our public sector client for a Resource Manager that will require SC Clearance before starting in post. This is a fulltime (37 hours) temporary contract for 12 months deemed inside IR35 working on a hybrid model requiring 2 days working onsite near Reading.

We're looking for Resource Managers who are ideally APM members/accredited to join the organisation in working on day to day projects, establishing where skilled resources can be allocated and supporting changes in tactical resource management. We're looking for RMs with an awareness of P3M who can offer experience of recruitment management and resource management.

Key Accountabilities
  • Assess, plan and deliver assigned workstream(s) (i.e. Professional Development, Future Careers, Learning and Training), cognisant of requirements of all disciplines within P3M Function.
  • Advise on and make recommendations on how to further the aims and objectives of the workstreams within People Development, so as to continually improve, optimise our offering, and become more efficient, as a service area within the ePMO.
  • Collaborate with Professional Bodies and Industry Partners to ensure P3M capability is industry leading and aligned to best practice.
  • Lead, coach and develop a team at a local level to deliver team and personal objectives, thereby helping realise the intended benefits of the P3M People Capability Strategy.
  • Maintain and promote high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security and quality, and be a great team player.
Qualifications
  • SC Clearance required before starting.
  • Fulltime (37 hours) temporary contract of 12 months inside IR35.

  • APM member or accredited preferred.
  • Experience in recruitment management and resource management.
  • Awareness of P3M and its disciplines.
