We are seeking a dedicated Senior Registered Nurse professional in a job share capacity. This role will be shared with the current Senior Registered Nurse. Reporting directly to the Deputy Head - Pastoral, the Senior Registered School Nurse is expected to ensure the Health Centre provides a clinically effective, high-quality service of nursing care to pupils and first aid care to all members of the school community.
We require a Senior Registered Nurse to lead the Medical Centre and Medical Team three days per week. The postholder will be student-focused, clinically sharp, and an excellent communicator. Since this is a job share, your ability to provide clear handovers and work in sync with your counterpart is key to making this role a success.
The role is required 3 days per week (21 to 24 hours per week), Wednesday to Friday.
RMS is a leading independent girls' day/boarding School with circa 900 pupils aged 2 to 18 and over 250 teaching and support staff. We are situated on a beautiful 300-acre parkland estate near Rickmansworth in Hertfordshire.
