Due to continued growth, we are recruiting a number of newly funded Occupational Health Physicians to join our team across London and the Home Counties. What you’ll do:
- Foster a culture of proactive engagement and strong partnership with corporate clients, working directly with employees and HR teams to embed the client's occupational health services
- Act as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor, integrating an occupational health offering within client organisations
- Provide expert guidance on employee health, workplace adjustments, and absence management
- Support client engagement through meetings, consultations, and presentations to ensure high‑quality service delivery
- Manage occupational health cases, including triage and absence reviews, with clinical consultations comprising initial appointments (60 minutes) and follow‑ups (30 minutes)
- Produce client reports highlighting activity, risk, and measurable benefits to support informed decision‑making
- Contribute to peer review, audit, and quality assurance, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic employee support
