The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
We are in need of Community District Nurses Band 5. The Nurses will start at the below bases where they are booked at - they will get a patient list and go out into the community during the day and return to the base after doing visits to return Patient notes and get timesheets authorised.
- Beckenham PCN AND Penge PCN – based at the Beacon
- Five Elms PCN AND Hayes Wick PCN – based at Global MDC
- PCN AND Mid Brom PCN – based at the Willows
- Orpington PCN AND The Crays PCN – based at Orpington
Responsibilities include:
- Female Catheterisation
- Male Catheterisation
- Supra Pubic Catheterisation
- Insulin Administration
- Enoxaparin Administration
- IM & S/C Injections
- Removal of sutures/Clips
- Bowel Care including administration of suppositories/enemas and DRE
- Compression bandaging including K” & Actico
- Pressure Ulcer & Wound Care
- PICC Line Management
- Enteral Care including Medication administration, flush, feeds
- All elements of McKinley syringe Driver care
- IV Therapy including infusion and bolus
- Able to administer and transcribe medication
To work at all 4 of our bases; Beckenham, Hayes, Chislehurst and Orpington & be flexible to move to another base if needed. To complete Patient Initial Assessments/reassessments.
