Exciting opportunity for a Senior Specialist Clinical Pharmacist with hospital pharmacy experience to join the Pharmacy team at an outstanding-rated service at the forefront of private cancer care.
As part of the world’s largest private healthcare group; providing award winning primary, acute and complex care, the client provides advanced cancer care and houses the world's largest early clinical trials unit. Our specialist team treat private patients using a full range of diagnostic, inpatient, surgical, day care and outpatient treatment all on one site.
This senior role offers the chance to work in a highly specialist oncology setting, supporting safe and effective medicines use across inpatient, day care and outpatient services. You will play a key role in delivering and developing clinical pharmacy services for oncology and acute care patients, working closely with consultants, nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team.
You will provide expert clinical pharmacy input, support medicines management systems and contribute to service development within a growing and ambitious pharmacy department. As a senior clinician, you will act as a role model within oncology pharmacy, providing supervision and contributing to the education of pharmacy, nursing and medical colleagues.

What you’ll bring:
- MPharm or BSC in Pharmacy
- Registration with GPHC
- Additional postgraduate clinical qualification e.g. Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy or other relevant post-graduation qualification
- Acute hospital experience (essential)
- Demonstratable experience in relevant clinical specialist area – e.g. Oncology and Acute Medicine (desirable)
