We are looking for a professional, friendly, and highly organised Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers, you will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming environment while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the front desk and office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk & Visitor Experience
- Welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner, directing them appropriately
- Prepare refreshments for guests as required
- Maintain visitor logs and manage access passes/cards
- Keep the reception area clean, organised, and presentable at all times
- Communication & Enquiries
- Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently
- Manage shared inboxes (including Info@), responding or redirecting queries promptly
- Mail & Deliveries
- Handle incoming and outgoing post, courier bookings, and special deliveries
- Administrative Support
- Provide general admin support (filing, scanning, printing, data entry, etc.)
- Assist with NDA management and ad hoc tasks for senior management
- Upload staff timesheets as required
- Support internal departments with administrative needs
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, including setup and catering
- Assist with event coordination and logistics
- Maintain staff intranet updates, noticeboards, and service records
- Office & Facilities
- Monitor and order stationery and office supplies
- Maintain kitchen and breakout areas with stocked refreshments
- Support office management tasks and supply coordination
- Manage corporate workwear and stock areas
- Travel & Logistics
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for training sessions, events, and track days
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
