We are seeking a skilled and detail-driven Production Welder – Aluminium TIG Specialist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This role is focused on producing high-quality aluminium automotive components to exacting standards, ensuring both structural integrity and exceptional visual finish.

Key Responsibilities- Perform precision TIG welding on aluminium automotive components in line with engineering drawings and specifications.
- Prepare, align, and clamp components to ensure correct fit, accuracy, and finish.
- Inspect completed welds to ensure compliance with internal quality standards and customer requirements.
- Maintain welding equipment and ensure a safe, clean, and organised working environment.
- Collaborate with production engineers and quality teams to resolve technical or process issues.
- Work efficiently to production schedules and deadlines without compromising quality.
- Proven experience in Aluminium TIG welding, ideally within automotive or precision engineering environments.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding symbols.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Good understanding of welding safety standards and best practices.
- Experience working with jigs, fixtures, and batch production processes.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Recognised welding qualifications (e.g. BS EN ISO 9606 or equivalent).
