The financial services sector contributed £278 billion to the UK economy which was 12% of total economic output, including employing 1.1million. Financial Planning and advice play an important role in this sector helping individuals achieve their financial dreams and avoid their financial nightmares.
We are hiring for trainee financial advisors for a fully funded training academy providing a fantastic opportunity to enter a structured academy programme taking you a structured journey. Within the programme you will gain the necessary qualifications and skills training required helping to develop you into a successful financial advisor. In this academy you will:
- Gain the CII's Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning qualification
- Learn the core skills and behaviours relevant to the job role

So, what’s the criteria of entry for the academy programme?
In the main, we are looking for applicants who have a genuine interest in the financial services industry. You should have a strong desire to develop yourself and to help others achieve their financial goals.
While financial support is available for successful candidates, the opportunity is best suited to individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit, looking to grow and run a business as funding support whilst be in place for a period of time only.
You need to be committed to applying yourself diligently to the structured programme as the study and examinations are rightly challenging – this usually means that you will have to give up some of your own time as well as any time you may be given in the workplace. The ideal delegate to this academy is someone who has enjoyed a successful career and is now seeking a change / second career but we will also consider first-time careerist having recently left college, or university.
