Working for a world leading soil and water technologist company as a Customer Service Executive, you\’ll be the initial point of contact for customers, providing professional, timely and courteous service via telephone and email. It is essential that you have a collaborative spirit, working with other functions to ensure the rapid and accurate fulfilment of customer orders. The role will be responsible for maintaining SAP processes related to customer creation, order entry, order acknowledgement, order fulfilment, returns, invoicing, and shipping. Whereas experience with SAP would be beneficial structured SAP training will be given, enabling you to support customer inquiries accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities * Learn and become proficient in SAP processes pertinent to customer creation, order entry, order acknowledgement, order fulfilment, invoicing and shipping. * Handle customer enquiries across multiple channels swiftly and professionally * Enter all orders accurately and in a timely manner * Liaise with internal departments (e.g., logistics, sales) to resolve issues promptly * Manage and update customer master data, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information. * Generate and prepare delivery documentation, including picking lists, packing slips, and bills of lading (BOL). * Ensure accurate invoicing and confirm the presence of corresponding accounting documents in SAP Required Qualifications & Skills * Prior customer service experience (ideally 1-2 years) preferably in a fast-paced environment * Strong computer literacy; Microsoft Office / Accounting software * Experience in data entry / resource planning software (Ideally SAP) * This role requires a high sense of urgency and attention to detail * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Process oriented, with demonstrated experience in efficiently managing workflow. * Customer-first mindset with ability to work both independently and collaboratively * Knowledge of sports turf industry would be beneficial What We Offer * Competitive annual salary in line with Cheshire market * Structured training, including SAP * Enrolment into the Company Pension, holiday entitlement, and access to our company bonus scheme * Career progression in a growth business
