We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial professional with a strong focus on partnerships to develop sales growth and market expansion across the UK for our client’s group life and health products. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with expertise in group life/health products and a proven track record in business development.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UK & EU market for the new product.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, intermediaries, clients, and strategic partners.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and the competitive landscape.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share in the UK regions.
- Present and communicate the value proposition of the new product to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close deals with potential clients.
- Provide feedback to the product development team to ensure alignment with market needs.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and seminars to network and promote the company's offerings.
