Job Description About the Role Our client is growing and as such they are seeking motivated and experienced Senior Independent Financial to join our team. This role is ideal for an adviser with an established client base or third-party introducer network who is ready to take their career (and earnings) to the next level. You will have the freedom to manage and grow your portfolio, delivering bespoke financial solutions that align with your clients’ goals while enjoying the full support of a leading financial planning firm. Key Responsibilities Leverage your existing network of clients and third-party introducers to grow your book of business. Provide expert financial advice, including investment planning, retirement strategies, tax optimisation, and risk management. Create and present tailored financial plans to meet individual client needs and objectives. Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients and introducers, ensuring consistent and exceptional service. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through referrals and partnerships. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry regulations, financial products, and emerging market trends.
