The International Head of Sales will serve as a strategic leader responsible for driving global sales growth, enhancing market presence, and building high-performance teams. This role demands a visionary and innovative leader who is comfortable with significant international travel and can navigate diverse cultural landscapes. The ideal candidate will manage the development of sales strategies, cultivate client relationships, and implement key initiatives to sustain and expand the company’s market leadership.
Role and Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Business Growth
- Develop and execute a comprehensive international sales strategy aligned with the company’s global business goals.
- Identify and leverage new business opportunities in both emerging and established markets.
- Lead expansion efforts into key international regions, driving revenue growth.
- Set and surpass ambitious sales targets to ensure sustained profitability.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Build and nurture relationships with key corporate clients, brokers, intermediaries, and global partners.
- Design customised insurance solutions tailored to the diverse needs of international clients.
- Oversee contract negotiations and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients and partners.
Market Expansion & Competitive Analysis
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Lead market entry strategies and adapt sales approaches based on regional insights.
- Monitor industry developments and regulatory changes to maintain compliance and competitive edge.
Leadership & Team Management
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing global sales team across various regions.
- Set clear performance metrics and ensure the team consistently meets and exceeds KPIs.
- Foster a results-driven, collaborative sales culture focused on client satisfaction and excellence.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Engagement
