Bid Manager – Tier 1 Main Contractor
Are you a driven Bid Manager ready to take the lead on high-profile design & build projects across the East Midlands? This is an excellent opportunity for a Bid Manager to join one of the UK\’s most respected Tier 1 contractors and play a key role in securing landmark schemes valued between £5m and £100m.

What\’s in It for You?
- Basic Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 (DOE)
- Car Package: £6,000 or Company Car

What You\’ll Be Doing
As Bid Manager, you\’ll lead the end-to-end tender process, ensuring compelling, high-quality submissions that win work.
- Developing winning bid strategies and managing submissions
- Collaborating with design, planning, and commercial teams
- Driving innovation and best practice in pre-construction
- Leading PQQ and tender meetings
What We\’re Looking For?
- Proven experience with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor
- Strong attention to detail and creative flair in bid writing
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliver under pressure
- Track record of securing D&B projects £10m+
