Senior Quantity Surveyor – NottinghamA leading privately‐owned contractor is searching for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on prestigious design‐and‐build projects across the East Midlands region.

Salary & Package

Great basic salary of £72,500 – £82,500 (DOE)

Experience managing sub‐contractor variations

Experience working with a building contractor

Experience dealing with final accounts

Industry related qualification

Input during pre‐construction stage

Production of CVRs

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must demonstrate a track record as a Senior Quantity Surveyor delivering construction projects for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 building contractor ranging from £5m+.
