Saxton Recruitment is partnering with a privately‑owned contractor based in Nottinghamshire to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join a growing commercial team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead the commercial delivery of projects ranging from £250k to £5m. The initial project is a bespoke new‑build residence featuring a swimming pool and healthcare facilities, situated near Dronfield (£3m).

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Quantity Surveyor delivering construction projects ranging from £1m+.
