Our client is a privately owned main contractor seeking a Senior Site Manager to join the growing operations and delivery team. This role offers the opportunity to lead projects across a variety of sectors—including commercial, education, leisure, care and retirement, student accommodation and high‑rise residential—ranging from £5m to £50m.

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Site Manager delivering construction projects for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 building contractor ranging from £10m+.
