Overview
A Top 10 Tier 1 contractor is searching for a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team based in Lincolnshire. This is an excellent opportunity to work on major design and build projects ranging from £5m to £100m. The initial project is a refurbishment of a public sector building including office and storage facilities (£8m).

With a turnover of over £1bn, the client operates across education, defence, custodial, commercial and leisure sectors, offering the opportunity to work on some of the region's most prestigious projects ranging from £5m – £100m. They are partners on several frameworks including MOJ, P22/P23+ and the Department for Education (DfE), with a £3bn pipeline over the next 5 years and a full order book for 2026 and into 2027.
Salary & Package
- Base salary £50,000 – £60,000
