Requirements
- Ability to manage delivery teams and project stakeholders effectively
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Commitment to quality, safety, and client satisfaction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must demonstrate a track record as a Senior Site Manager delivering construction projects for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 building contractor ranging from ÂŁ10m plus.
