RMJ Construction & Development, Inc. is a specialist main contractor based in Nottinghamshire, seeking an Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding team. This key role focuses on tendering and procurement for refurbishment, fit‑out, and build projects ranging from £250k to £1m.
Key Duties
- Assessing and pricing tenders and producing cost plans
- Working closely with company owners
- Procurement of sub‑contractors
- Preparing project budgets
Requirements
- Proven track record of pricing refurbishment and fit‑out projects
- Strong ability to communicate with clients and site teams
- Industry related qualifications
- Good IT skills
- Experience pricing and securing projects in the refurbishment and fit‑out sector
