Estimator / Quantity Surveyor – Refurbishment / Fit‑Out / Construction

RMJ Construction & Development, Inc. is a specialist main contractor based in Nottinghamshire, seeking an Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding team. This key role focuses on tendering and procurement for refurbishment, fit‑out, and build projects ranging from £250k to £1m.

Key Duties

• Assessing and pricing tenders and producing cost plans
• Working closely with company owners
• Procurement of sub‑contractors
• Preparing project budgets

Requirements

• Proven track record of pricing refurbishment and fit‑out projects
• Strong ability to communicate with clients and site teams
• Industry related qualifications
• Good IT skills
• Experience pricing and securing projects in the refurbishment and fit‑out sector
