The predicted salary is between 60000 - 84000 ÂŁ per year.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading building contractor delivering projects across commercial, education, leisure, care, retirement, student accommodation and high‑rise residential projects ranging from £5m to £50m.

Our client has a history of delivering high‑quality developments and offers the opportunity to work on a range of projects across the public and private sectors – from new schools to office blocks to apartment complexes. The business has recently been awarded several new projects starting across 2026 and as such is about to embark on an exciting period of structured growth – a great time to join the team and be part of the next stage of the journey. The initial project (starting early 2026) is a 10‑storey new build office block in Leeds (£25m). This is a high‑spec development where you will support a leading Senior Project Manager.

Salary & Package

  • Basic salary of ÂŁ65,000 – ÂŁ75,000 (DOE)
  • Company car or allowance (ÂŁ6,500)

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Plan resources on site to maximise productivity and profit
  • Manage projects to the highest standards of safety
  • Manage sub‑contractors and project stakeholders
  • Deliver projects to meet contractual standards

Requirements

  • Ability to manage delivery teams and project stakeholders effectively
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and client satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Senior Site Manager delivering construction projects for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 building contractor ranging from ÂŁ10m+.
