Contracts Manager – Interiors / Refurbishment / Fit-Out

A successful Interiors contractor is searching for a Contracts Manager to deliver exciting interior, refurbishment, and fit-out projects. This is a great opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join a successful contractor delivering award-winning projects across commercial, education, leisure, and industrial sectors.

Requirements

  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously as a CM or PM
  • Experience delivering interiors and refurbishment projects
  • Experience managing clients and project stakeholders
  • Experience managing site delivery teams

Responsibilities

  • Managing multiple projects from tender stage to completion
  • Managing clients to ensure expectations are being met
  • Ensure works are being delivered to programme
  • Provide technical expertise for new tenders
  • Support and manage site delivery teams

Salary & Package

  • Basic salary of £56,000 – £62,000 (DOE)
  • Company car or car allowance (£5,500)
  • Company Bonus Scheme
  • Great holiday package

To qualify for the higher rate of pay, you must demonstrate the ability to deliver multiple interior refurbishments and/or fit-out projects simultaneously.
