Contracts Manager – Interiors / Refurbishment / Fit-Out
A successful Interiors contractor is searching for a Contracts Manager to deliver exciting interior, refurbishment, and fit-out projects. This is a great opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join a successful contractor delivering award-winning projects across commercial, education, leisure, and industrial sectors.

Requirements
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously as a CM or PM
- Experience delivering interiors and refurbishment projects
- Experience managing clients and project stakeholders

Responsibilities
- Managing multiple projects from tender stage to completion
- Managing clients to ensure expectations are being met
- Ensure works are being delivered to programme
- Provide technical expertise for new tenders
- Support and manage site delivery teams
Salary & Package
- Basic salary of £56,000 – £62,000 (DOE)
- Company car or car allowance (£5,500)
- Company Bonus Scheme
- Great holiday package
To qualify for the higher rate of pay, you must demonstrate the ability to deliver multiple interior refurbishments and/or fit-out projects simultaneously.
