Director of Talent Acquisition EMEA DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead a management team of Talent Acquisitions leaders insupporting hiring needs of the EMEA contact centers Understand all critical business initiatives and goals for eachbusiness unit Serve as a trustworthy advisor in relationships with keyleaders across different levels within the company Deliver talent acquisition solutions that positively impact thesuccess of the business Manage and support specialists to ensure an exceptionalcandidate experience Monitor and provide progress reporting on each goal andproject Be the ultimate point of contact for escalated complex TalentAcquisition issues Participate in task forces focused on companywide humanresources and people initiatives Collaborate with corporate support teams such as learningand development and operations in order to drive businesssuccess REQUIREMENTS: Proven experience leading a large Talent Acquisition teamfocused on highvolume multilingual recruiting preferably ina BPO setting.
