Are you a UX Designer who thrives on untangling complex problems and turning dense, data-heavy platforms into clear, intuitive user experiences? We\’re looking for a mid-senior level UX Designer to join a leading consultancy, working on a high-impact financial services programme where clarity, usability and trust really matter.
This is a role for someone who enjoys designing within complex regulatory, financial and operational constraints – and making those systems feel simple, human and usable.
Location: Kensington, London (hybrid)
Start Date: January 2026
Duration: 3-6 months (potential to extend)
What You\’ll Be Doing
- Leading your own user research, engaging directly with users to understand complex financial workflows and pain points.
- Translating research insights into clear user journeys, flows, wireframes and prototypes.
- Designing for sophisticated B2B and internal platforms.
- Collaborating closely with product, engineering and delivery teams in a fast-paced consultancy environment.
- Working on varied, challenging initiatives where good UX has real-world impact.
What You\’ll Bring
- Strong experience designing complex, data-rich digital platforms (preferably financial, fintech, enterprise or regulated environments).
- Confidence planning and running user research, workshops and stakeholder sessions.
- A pragmatic, problem-solving mindset with solid end-to-end UX skills.
