A leading HR and Payroll company are looking for an experienced HCM Product Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of its Human Capital Management offering.

Based: Swinton (Hybrid 2 days a week)

The Role

Working alongside Product Owners who manage execution, the HCM Product Manager will focus on defining priorities, steering multiple squads, and ensuring the product is positioned for future growth.
