A rapidly growing travel technology business is looking for a Content & Organic Growth Executive to play a key role in driving sustainable customer acquisition and brand visibility across international markets.

Salary: Up to £45k

Based: London (Hybrid (3 Days in Office)

The Opportunity

The focus will be on building long-term organic growth, increasing brand visibility and reducing reliance on paid acquisition. This is a hands-on role offering genuine autonomy and the chance to make a measurable impact within a fast-moving business. Working alongside internal stakeholders and specialist agency partners, the Content & Organic Growth Executive will help shape how travellers discover, engage with and learn about travel eSIM technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organic Search & Content Marketing
    • Create, manage and optimise website content to improve organic search performance.
    • Research and produce engaging, customer-focused content aligned with SEO best practices.
    • Collaborate with SEO agency partners to implement recommendations and organic growth initiatives.
    • Support the development of content hubs, destination guides, landing pages and educational resources.
    • Ensure content is optimised for both traditional search engines and emerging AI-driven search experiences.
    • Coordinate localisation and content adaptation across international markets.
    • Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency while maintaining content quality and consistency.
  • Organic Social Media
    • Manage day-to-day activity across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.
    • Develop and maintain content calendars aligned with business priorities and customer needs.
    • Plan and deliver a mix of educational, promotional, engagement-led and trend-based content.
    • Brief creative and agency partners on asset requirements, including video and social content.
    • Schedule, publish and moderate content across social platforms.
    • Monitor performance and continuously optimise activity based on insights and engagement data.
  • Performance & Analytics
    • Track, analyse and report on content performance across web and social channels.
    • Monitor key metrics including organic traffic, engagement, visibility and content effectiveness.
