The Commercial Manager will play a critical role in shaping the commercial success of this new product on a global scale. Owning pricing strategy, propositions and commercial performance across multiple markets, this individual will be accountable for driving price leadership, optimising ARPU and margins, and maximising customer lifetime value.
Working at the heart of the organisation, the role partners closely with Product, Digital, Technology, Finance and CRM teams to turn market insight and data into impactful commercial execution.
Key Responsibilities- Own and evolve the global pricing strategy and propositions for Travel eSIM products
- Lead pricing launches in new markets and optimise existing pricing to maintain competitiveness
- Deliver against ARPU and AMPU targets across multiple territories
- Conduct ongoing competitive benchmarking and translate insight into clear actions
- Manage local market calendars, promotions and targeted offers
- Build robust business cases for promotions and secure financial approval
- Maintain strong governance across tariff, pricing and reporting
- Manage and update the enterprise product pricing catalogue (EPC)
- Drive lifecycle pricing, promotions and communications to increase repeat usage and retention
- Collaborate closely with CRM to execute lifecycle campaigns
- Partner with Product, Digital and Technology teams to implement pricing changes and new features
