A market-leading PropTech business is looking for a Senior UX Designer to join its growing product and design function as it embarks on an ambitious transformation programme centred around a major connected platform initiative.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in building products that improve the end-to-end property journey for both consumers and property professionals. You'll take ownership of complex UX challenges across both discovery and delivery. The role will suit someone who combines strong UX fundamentals with modern product thinking, visual design capability, and a genuine interest in innovation and AI-enhanced workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead UX work across discovery, ideation, design, and delivery
  • Conduct and contribute to user research and insight generation
  • Design intuitive, scalable, and accessible experiences across complex systems
  • Facilitate workshops, ideation sessions, and collaborative problem-solving
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders across multiple squads
  • Influence product direction through evidence-based design thinking
  • Contribute to evolving UX practices, workflows, and design maturity
  • Support and mentor other designers within the team
  • Explore and adopt modern tools and AI-enhanced design approaches
