A market-leading PropTech business is looking for a Senior UX Designer to join its growing product and design function as it embarks on an ambitious transformation programme centred around a major connected platform initiative.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in building products that improve the end-to-end property journey for both consumers and property professionals. You'll take ownership of complex UX challenges across both discovery and delivery. Key Responsibilities- Lead UX work across discovery, ideation, design, and delivery
- Conduct and contribute to user research and insight generation
- Design intuitive, scalable, and accessible experiences across complex systems
- Facilitate workshops, ideation sessions, and collaborative problem-solving
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders across multiple squads
- Influence product direction through evidence-based design thinking
- Contribute to evolving UX practices, workflows, and design maturity
- Support and mentor other designers within the team
- Explore and adopt modern tools and AI-enhanced design approaches
- Proven senior-level UX design experience within complex digital environments
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality UX and visual design work
- Experience across both discovery and delivery phases
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong research capability and outcome-focused thinking
- Comfortable facilitating ideation and driving innovation
- Experience working within cross-functional product teams
- Understanding of accessibility and usability best practices
