Join a fast-paced international mobile telecoms business on a mission to transform digital customer experience through AI. We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Chatbot & AI Product Manager to own and evolve a chatbot strategy across five European markets. This role is ideal for someone who wants to shape the roadmap and influence how AI and automation improve the lives of millions of customers.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own and drive the chatbot strategy and roadmap, working closely with senior stakeholders across Product, Technology, CX, and Commercial teams.
- Be embedded in delivery — managing backlogs, leading agile ceremonies, supporting testing, and gathering feedback from customer service teams.
- Operate autonomously in a high-impact role, contributing to long-term thinking while delivering iterative improvements.
