RMG Digital is seeking a Contract Service Designer with active SC clearance to lead service design across discovery and alpha for a UK government-focused programme. The role is fully remote (UK based) with a £550/day Inside IR35 rate and an ASAP start.
You will run user and stakeholder research, translate findings into service blueprints and journey maps, and collaborate with researchers, designers, BAs and product managers to deliver compliant, multi-channel services.
