This high-impact role will oversee integrated planning across multiple complex projects, ensuring the seamless design, delivery, and deployment of cutting-edge solutions.

Title: Programme Planning Manager

Location: London (Hybrid)

Rate: £400 per day outside IR35

Length: 6 months

The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

Integrated Programme Planning

  • Develop and manage detailed programme and project plans aligned with overarching objectives.
  • Coordinate planning across multiple projects, identifying and managing dependencies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date plans by liaising with work package leads.
  • Proactively mitigate risks and resolve resource constraints using advanced planning tools such as Monday.com and MS Project.

Resource Management

  • Forecast and allocate resources across the programme, balancing supply and demand.
  • Create a detailed resource plan that incorporates cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure adherence to policies and regulations.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, keeping them informed of timeline progress and risks.
  • Provide clear updates on planning health and resource allocation.

Planning Methods and Tools

  • Develop and implement standardised planning processes, templates, and dashboards.
  • Deliver transparent insights to programme leadership and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
