The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
Integrated Programme Planning
- Develop and manage detailed programme and project plans aligned with overarching objectives.
- Coordinate planning across multiple projects, identifying and managing dependencies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date plans by liaising with work package leads.
- Proactively mitigate risks and resolve resource constraints using advanced planning tools such as Monday.com and MS Project.
Resource Management
- Forecast and allocate resources across the programme, balancing supply and demand.
- Create a detailed resource plan that incorporates cross-functional teams.
- Ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, keeping them informed of timeline progress and risks.
- Provide clear updates on planning health and resource allocation.
Planning Methods and Tools
- Develop and implement standardised planning processes, templates, and dashboards.
