A fast growing global marketplace are looking for a Marketing Design Lead! This is a unique opportunity for a strategic design thinker who blends exceptional hands-on design skills and can lead teams.

Location: Brighton (Remote-first, with occasional meetups in London/Brighton)
Reporting to the Director of Product Design, you will lead a squad of talented creatives, championing innovation and storytelling across all digital channels. Your work will drive engagement and measurable growth through data-led creativity.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Spearheading creative strategies with a strong focus on business outcomes and conversion performance
- Leading and mentoring a high-performing creative squad, while staying hands-on with key projects
- Delivering engaging, conversion-optimised content across digital ad platforms (Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn)
- Evolving a bold and coherent brand identity across campaigns, product experiences, and digital touchpoints
- Driving innovation with emerging formats—short-form video, motion design, UGC, DCO, and beyond
- Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to align brand strategy with commercial objectives
- Integrating generative AI tools to enhance design processes and campaign scalability
