We're partnering with an established HR & payroll technology business that's investing heavily in the future of its payroll platform — and they're looking for an experienced Product Manager to play a key role in that journey.

Remote-first role (Manchester office visits once per month – fully expensed)

Salary: Up to £80,000

What you'll be doing:

  • Shaping and owning the 12–18 month product roadmap
  • Identifying product opportunities, feature enhancements and platform improvements
  • Collaborating closely with engineering teams, payroll specialists and senior stakeholders
  • Supporting the transition from legacy payroll systems to a modern platform
  • Ensuring ongoing UK payroll compliance and legislative alignment
  • Using customer feedback, analytics and product data to drive decision-making
  • Partnering with commercial teams to support customer growth and retention
