The Opportunity
We’re supporting a major, high-profile digital transformation programme within a UK public sector environment and are looking for an experienced Content Designer to join the team for an initial 3-month contract. What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing clear, user-centred content across complex digital services
- Working closely with UX, product, delivery, and policy stakeholders
- Running content audits, user research and content testing
- Creating and maintaining content patterns and standards

- Iterating content based on insight, data, and user needs

- Proven experience as a Content Designer on large digital programmes
- Strong understanding of GDS standards and service design
- Experience in government or regulated environments
