A high-growth, fast-scaling business is seeking an ambitious Commercial Manager to take full ownership of its pricing strategy across multiple international markets.   • Pricing Strategy & Ownership
    • Lead pricing strategy across hundreds to thousands of SKUs in multiple countries.
    • Design scalable pricing frameworks for the UK, US and future markets.
    • Balance per-user margin with volume growth, knowing when to intervene and when to hold pricing.
    • Take full ownership of pricing decisions in a highly commercial, hands-on role.
  • Margin & Commercial Performance
    • Analyse margins using data consumption, wholesale costs and customer behaviour.
    • Identify opportunities to negotiate improved supplier rates.
    • Optimise allowances and bundles to protect long-term margin while supporting growth.
  • Promotions & Campaign Strategy
    • Own and shape the annual promotional calendar.
    • Design compelling offers that drive customer acquisition without eroding profitability.
    • Clearly communicate trade-offs between short-term discounting and long-term lifetime value.
  • Systems, Tools & Data
    • Build and maintain robust financial models and pricing frameworks (advanced Excel skills essential).
    • Confidently use pricing tools and product catalogue systems.
    • Update pricing directly within enterprise-level systems.
    • Develop clear, data-led business cases.
  • Reporting & Stakeholder Management
    • Present weekly insights on pricing strategy, competitive positioning and performance.
    • Translate complex commercial data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
