Director of Product
Salary: £130k & Above Market Equity!!
Location: Brighton (Remote-first, with occasional meetups in London/Brighton)
You’ll own the full end-to-end member journey across the core app experience, while leading a squad of talented PMs and working cross-functionally with design, engineering, data, and marketing.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the strategy and roadmap for the entire member experience: onboarding, booking, site management, and beyond
- Evolving the mobile app into the primary engagement channel, delivering intuitive and delightful user journeys
- Driving product health metrics including activation, retention, satisfaction, and NPS
- Embedding a strong experimentation and data-led culture to optimise outcomes and reduce friction
- Developing product-led growth strategies that fuel referrals, sharing, and brand advocacy
- Partnering with marketing to amplify member success stories and accelerate organic growth
- Owning initiatives that connect experience improvements directly to CLTV and commercial results
- Collaborating on pricing, packaging, and renewal strategies to drive stronger engagement and monetisation
- Leading and developing a high-performing product team while working closely with senior leadership
What You Bring
- Proven experience at Director level in high-growth B2C environments, ideally in marketplace or subscription-led businesses
- Strong expertise in building and scaling mobile-first product experiences
