A well-established consumer marketplace platform is seeking a talented Contract UI Designer to support a major customer acquisition initiative. Working alongside a Senior UX Designer, this role offers the opportunity to shape key customer journeys that directly influence growth, engagement and conversion. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused contract suited to a UI specialist who enjoys moving quickly, creating polished experiences and refining ideas through rapid iteration and feedback.

The successful contractor will play a key role in improving the customer experience across critical acquisition touchpoints, including:

  • Homepage experience
  • Onboarding journeys
  • Registration flows
  • Early user engagement journeys
  • Potential payment and conversion experience

Working closely with a Senior UX Designer who will lead discovery and strategic direction, this role is focused on translating ideas into high-quality interfaces, prototypes and tested solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design intuitive, engaging and conversion-focused user interfaces
  • Create rapid prototypes to explore and validate concepts
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior UX Designer and product teams
  • Contribute to onboarding, registration and acquisition journeys
  • Apply and evolve design system components where required
  • Participate in user testing and incorporate feedback into designs
  • Share work regularly and iterate quickly based on stakeholder input
  • Deliver high-quality UI solutions within a fast-paced environment
