High-growth, startup environment
We’re looking for a Commercial Manager to take full ownership of pricing strategy across multiple markets for a global telco network. This is a genuinely strategic, hands-on role where you’ll design, build and run pricing at scale – balancing growth, margin and competitiveness in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.
If you enjoy working with complex commercial problems, lots of data, and real autonomy, this one’s for you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own the pricing strategy
- Build and manage pricing across hundreds (and soon thousands) of SKUs.
- Design scalable pricing frameworks for the UK, US and future markets.
- Decide when to intervene, when to hold, and how to stay competitive without racing to the bottom.
- Drive margin and performance
- Analyse margins based on data usage, wholesale costs and customer behaviour.
- Work closely with wholesale and finance teams to improve unit economics.
- Protect long-term profitability while enabling growth.
- Run promotions that actually make sense
- Own the annual promotional plan.
- Design offers that drive acquisition without destroying lifetime value.
- Balance short-term volume vs long-term margin.
- Get hands-on with systems and data
- Heavy Excel and commercial modelling.
- Update pricing directly in enterprise product / pricing systems.
- Build business cases and margin scenarios.
- Influence senior stakeholders
- Present pricing strategy and performance weekly to leadership.
- Turn complex data into clear, commercial insights.
What we’re looking for:
We’re open on background, but you’ll likely come from:
- Telco (ideal)
- Gaming
- Remittance / fintech / multi-market products
You’ll need:
- Strong commercial mindset and pricing experience.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling.
- Experience managing margin and unit economics.
- Confidence operating with real autonomy.
- The ability to explain complex pricing simply to senior stakeholders.
Personality-wise
- Proactive, opinionated, and data-led.
- Not someone who wants to “observe for 6 weeks”.
- Comfortable in ambiguity and startup pace.
- Happy owning decisions and being accountable for outcomes.
Why this role is different:
This isn’t a “pricing analyst” role dressed up. You’ll have:
- Real ownership.
- Real autonomy.
- Real commercial impact.
- A genuine path into senior commercial leadership.
Long term, this can evolve into group commercial, wholesale leadership or senior pricing roles across multiple countries.
If you’re a commercially minded operator who enjoys building pricing strategy from the ground up and seeing the direct impact of your decisions, APPLY NOW so you don't miss out!
