We're partnering with a market-leading technology company that designs products used in mission-critical environments across the globe. As the business continues to grow, they're looking to appoint an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead a key hardware product portfolio and help shape the future direction of the Product Management function. The Opportunity

You'll own the full product lifecycle for a portfolio of hardware products, working closely with engineering, commercial teams and customers to define product strategy, influence roadmap decisions and deliver products that solve real-world operational challenges. Alongside portfolio ownership, you'll play an important role in developing the Product Management team, mentoring colleagues and helping build the next generation of product leaders. What You'll Be Doing

  • Own the strategy, roadmap and commercial success of a hardware product portfolio.
  • Lead products through their full lifecycle, from concept through to launch, in-life management and end-of-life planning.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to translate customer requirements into product decisions.
  • Engage directly with customers to understand operational challenges and market needs.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations and executive stakeholders.
  • Mentor and support Product Managers, helping develop capability across the wider team.
  • Drive continuous improvement across products, processes and portfolio performance.

We're Looking For

You'll be an experienced Product Manager who is comfortable operating at a senior level within an engineering-led organisation. You'll ideally bring:

  • Significant Product Management experience, including ownership of complex hardware products.
  • Experience defining product strategy and managing the full product lifecycle.
  • Previous leadership or people management experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • The ability to work confidently alongside engineering teams and make commercially balanced product decisions.
  • A collaborative, resilient approach with the confidence to influence at all levels.

Desirable Experience

Experience in any of the following would be highly advantageous:

  • Mission-critical communications
  • RF or wireless technologies
  • Electronics or embedded hardware
