With the EAA deadline looming, we are looking for consultants to work across a number of projects with customers in the retail sector.

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Accessibility Consultant to lead a critical review of digital ecosystems and help shape a sustainable, long-term accessibility strategy. You’ll work across multiple teams and brands to identify gaps, guide immediate improvements, and build a roadmap to ensure we meet and exceed accessibility standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct a thorough audit of digital touchpoints, including:
  • All international websites
  • Apps
  • Partner brand platforms
  • Provide an actionable plan to address immediate priorities aligned to the EAA deadline
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and embed a sustainable, long-term accessibility strategy
  • Advise delivery teams on best practices, tools, and processes to ensure accessibility is considered from design through deployment
  • Deliver insights and recommendations in a clear, prioritised and stakeholder-friendly manner
  • You’ll Bring

    • Proven experience conducting accessibility audits across web and mobile platforms
    • Deep understanding of WCAG 2.1/2.2, EAA, and other global accessibility standards
    • Experience working within large-scale, multi-brand digital environments
    • Ability to communicate complex accessibility issues clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels
    • Collaborative mindset, with experience embedding accessibility into agile delivery environments
