We are sourcing a highly motivated Sales Administrator to join their team, a crucial role for someone who excels at operational efficiency. This role will evolve and you will gain experience on the Technical Sales side of the business.
The Role:
- You will take ownership of the order flow, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction through precision and proactive communication.
- Frontline Service: Act as the first point of contact, handling inbound enquiries via phone and email with accuracy regarding stock, pricing, and order progress.
- Order Management: Manage the full order lifecycle from initial entry into the ERP/CRM system through to final invoicing.
- Relationship Management: Develop strong working relationships with key trade accounts, upholding the clients' reputation for excellence.
- Logistics Coordination: Work closely with the Warehouse team to schedule picking and packing, ensuring goods reach customers on time.
- Quotation Conversion: Generate professional sales quotes and conduct effective follow-ups to turn opportunities into confirmed orders.
