Key Responsibilities
- Management Accounts: Full production of monthly management accounts with commercial analysis.
- Strategic Support: Working with Directors to provide insights for business growth and decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Evaluating and improving financial systems and internal controls.
- Financial Planning: Managing the annual budget and maintaining regular cash flow forecasts.
- Team Collaboration: Contributing to a high-performing team and supporting the wider business function.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Significant experience as a Management Accountant within an SME setting.
- Skills: Strong ability to improve systems and processes; advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Communication: Capable of communicating financial performance clearly to the Board of Directors.
- Qualification: ACCA, CIMA, ACA Qualified or Finalist. We will consider candidates who are Qualified by Experience if they have relevant experience.
