How You Will Make an Impact

  • Drive Financial Clarity: Oversee the full monthly production of management accounts, with a sharp focus on WIP analysis, cost-to-complete, and project profitability.
  • Advise the Board: Partner closely with company Directors, translating complex financial data into actionable strategies that optimize contract performance.
  • Modernize & Improve: Put your stamp on the department by upgrading financial systems, streamlining processes, and strengthening internal controls.
  • Secure the Future: Take ownership of annual budgeting, commercial forecasting, and maintaining robust cash flow models.

A proven track record in management accounting or financial management, ideally with experience in a fast-paced SME. Fully Qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or a Finalist. Advanced Excel capabilities and a natural knack for optimizing financial software. Exceptional communication skills with the confidence to present clear, concise performance reports directly to business owners.
