Key Responsibilities
- Manage client enquiries from initial contact through to confirmed booking, acting as a trusted ski travel advisor.
- Recommend and sell luxury ski hotels and experiences tailored to individual client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and resort partners to maximise repeat business and commercial success.
- Work towards sales, conversion, and profitability targets while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Develop expert destination and product knowledge through training, supplier engagement, and resort familiarisation trips.
Key Requirements
- Strong skiing experience, ideally including a ski season or extensive personal skiing experience.
- Previous sales or customer service experience with a confident and professional telephone manner.
- Highly organised, proactive, and commercially minded, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
