RME Consultants are working with an exciting business in Frimley to find an Education Centre Manager to join a brand new team. PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE IS NOT REMOTE OR HYBRID.

Role: Education Assistant Manager

Salary: £32,000 - £35,000

Contract: Permanent

Location: Frimley

Working Hours: This is a full time role. You will be working 4 days in the week, sometime between 11:00 – 19:30, and one day at the weekend (Saturday 9:30 – 13:30).

Main Duties for the Education Centre Manager:

  • Supporting the day-to-day running of the centre
  • Driving growth through sales activity and local outreach
  • Building relationships with schools, businesses and parents
  • Overseeing customer experience and student retention
  • Assessing students and supporting curriculum delivery
  • Supporting staff training and development
  • Monitoring performance and maintaining accurate reporting
  • Supporting centre costs and operational performance

Experience required for the Education Centre Manager:

  • Experience within education
  • Experience in a sales or management style role
  • Minimum level B at Maths GCSE
