Location: Stoke, Newcastle-Under-Lyme

Schedule: 08:30 – 17:00 | Monday – Friday | Office Based | Permanent

The role and opportunity:

You can expect to handle lots of different situations, some of which might be delicate.

Day to day you will:

  • Effectively recover money owed to the business through telephone, email and even letter conversation
  • Investigate queries, negotiating and agreeing when payments will be completed
  • Liaise with other teams within the business, whether that’s seniors for added support with complex issues, or other teams in legal, operations and more.
  • Be a part of decision making with inactive customers to recover monies and prevent further losses
  • And much more vital processes to ensure the business can keep doing what it does best!

Our Ideal Candidate:

It goes without saying that you won’t be just comfortable but confident on the phone! You’ll have the ability to chase debtors and remain empathetic when presented with delicate situations. You’ll also have:

  • Extensive experience in administration, along with some credit control
  • Ideally experience in the legal industry
  • Excellent Microsoft skills
  • Ability to work with high volumes
  • Outstanding customer service skills
