A well-established UK manufacturer is recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join their team.
Salary: £40,000 + bonus + company car (up to £48,000 approx year 1 OTE)
Location: Hybrid– Brackley (with UK travel as required)
Hours: 9:00 – 17:30
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with prospective customers, developing new business opportunities across target markets.
- Research industry trends, customer needs, and market developments to support commercial growth strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, acting as a trusted point of contact.
- Present tailored solutions and proposals that align with customer requirements and business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer projects, contribute to growth initiatives, and achieve agreed targets.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in a customer-facing commercial, account management, business growth, or partnership-focused role.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and networking skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
- Experience within manufacturing, industrial, engineering, automotive, or related sectors.
