Are you an experienced HR professional who enjoys being close to the action? This is an opportunity to take ownership of HR support for a key regional office, partnering with senior stakeholders and managers to deliver a high-quality employee experience from joining through to leaving.

As the Senior HR Advisor, you’ll be part of a collaborative, multi-location HR function, with plenty of scope to get involved in wider people initiatives and make a tangible impact beyond the day-to-day.

What you’ll be doing as the Senior HR Advisor:

  • Be a trusted HR adviser - provide proactive, practical guidance to senior stakeholders, managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Support managers through people matters - including employee relations, performance, absence, flexible working, wellbeing and workplace adjustments.
  • Own key employee processes - from parental leave, probation and onboarding through to exits, ensuring everything is handled smoothly, consistently and with care.
  • Partner across the business - work with recruitment, talent, reward and people operations colleagues to deliver effective people initiatives and wider HR projects.
  • Turn people data into insight - produce management information, identify trends and provide clear updates that help shape informed people decisions.

What you’ll bring as the Senior HR Advisor:

  • HR advisory experience - you’ll have previous experience at HR Advisor level or above, within a professional services environment.
  • Excellent people skills - confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels, building trusted relationships and handling sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
  • Organisation and attention to detail - able to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and work accurately, with good numerical and systems skills.
