The Role
In this Sales Advisor role, you’ll be helping customers bring their projects to life, guiding them through the process from first enquiry right through to delivery and aftercare. This isn’t a pushy retail environment. The focus is on building relationships, understanding what customers are trying to achieve, and delivering a genuinely high-end experience.
Day-to-day you will:
- Welcome customers into the showroom and guide them through products and options
- Support customers across the showroom, phone, email and website enquiries
- Help with quotations, orders, deliveries and ongoing customer support
- Build relationships with homeowners, interior designers, architects and premium clients
- Manage both customer-facing conversations and the admin side of sales
- Work closely with the wider showroom team to keep everything running smoothly
- Provide a high level of service throughout the full customer journey

As this potential next hire, you’ll be personable, organised and comfortable balancing customer interaction with admin and computer-based work. You’ll also:
- Enjoy speaking with customers and building relationships naturally
- Be organised and confident managing multiple tasks at once
- Have experience within retail, sales or customer-facing environments
- Bring a positive, professional and proactive attitude
- Have experience within interiors, kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, lighting or premium retail environments (beneficial but not essential)
